Vijay’s signing spree continues

Vijay Deverakonda, who recently agreed to be part of ‘Malli Malli Idhi Raani Roju’ director Kranthi Madhav’s next, has also signed ‘Prasthanam’ director Deva Katta’s next.

“The discussions have been going on for a while but it was only recently that Vijay said he is in. But before confirming his participation, he told Deva about the films that he needs to complete.

The director was pretty cool about it as he too is set to direct ‘Prasthanam’ Hindi remake sometime later this year with Sanjay Dutt. This untitled project will roll only after Vijay wraps up Kranthi Madhav’s film, which is likely to begin next year,” says a source.

Vijay, who is presently shooting for Geetha Arts and UV Creations as-yet-untitled venture, also has films with Nandini Reddy and Bharat Kamma for the year.
