Sharwanand-starrer ‘Radha’, which was aggressively promoted to release on March 29, has been postponed to May. While the makers are tight-lipped about the reason, sources say Pawan Kalyan-starrer ‘Katamarayudu’ has something to do with it.

“’Radha’ was carrying good buzz courtesy its colourful teaser and Sharwanand’s dream run. And the makers were keen to release the film on March 29 but with unprecedented craze surrounding ‘Katamarayudu’, producer BVSN Prasad and his son Bapineedu felt that it’s better off if their film releases on some other day.
Although they considered April as an option, they’ve decided against it and preferred May. In all probabilities, ‘Radha’ might hit the screens on May 12,” said a source. Debutant Chandra Mohan has directed ‘Radha’.
