Superstar Mahesh Babu is ahead of his arch rivals like Pawan Kalyan, jr NTR and Ram Charan in terms of his pan-Indian appeal as the satellite rights of his next Tamil-Telugu bilingual film with ace director Murugadoss has been reportedly sold for Rs 28 crore for Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.
