However, my dream to work with Murugadoss is accomplished with ‘Spyder’,” said the actor, who also praises producers Tagore Madhu and N V Prasad for investing Rs 120 crore in this edge-of-the -seat thriller. “I will be indebted to them forever, for keeping confidence in a project made in such a massive scale’ he adds.

He also praises pretty lass Rakul Preet Singh as ‘amazing co-star’ and thanks director-turned-actor S J Suryah for agreeing to play a baddy in the spy thriller.

Meanwhile, one of the guests and CEO of Lyca Productions, Raju Mahalingalam said that Tamil superstar Rajnikanth told him that ‘Mahesh was born and brought up in Chennai and he is very handsome even today,’ he said amidst thunderous applause from the audience. The Tamil-Telugu and Hindi multilingual all set for release on September 27.
