Adirindhi is the latest film in the town. The film is releasing after much delay. The movie underwent a lot of struggles for a release in Tamil as well as Telugu. But finally, the film is here, in the theatres today. Vijay, Nithya Menen, Samantha and Kajal Aggarwal played the lead roles in the film. Veteran writer K Vijayendra Prasad penned the screenplay. Story:

Look-alikes (Vijay and Bhargav) are involved in solving a huge health threat in the country. While one is a magician, the other one is a doctor. As the story progresses forward, they come across the mystery behind the death of their father Vijay Bhargava (Vijay) and finds that Daniel (SJ Surya) is behind this. What happens then forms the rest of the story.

Performances:

Ilayathalapathy Vijay played the lead role in the movie and he has got to play three different roles in the movie. Vijay is at usual best in performing the action scenes as well as the emotional scenes. Vijay showed unique variation in all the three roles of the movie.

The on-screen chemistry between all the lead actors worked out well. Nithya Menen played a performance oriented role in the film while Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha were restricted to the glamour oriented roles. SJ Surya got a decent role where he played as a baddie. The rest of the cast and crew were good in their roles.

Technical Team:

The film has good cinematography. GK did a great job with his camera and he impressed everyone with his skill. AR Rahman scored the music for the movie and he is brilliant with the background score.

The BGM elevated the movie at the right parts of the movie and gave an amazing viewing experience. The VFX work is nice. The writing is good. Vijayendra Prasad's screenplay is impressive too. Ruben's editing is sharp. The dialogues are good. The production values of the film are grand. Technically, the film is top notch.

Plus Points:

  • Performances
  • Music
  • BGM
  • Camera

Minus Points:

Verdict:

Adirindhi is an interesting movie with a lot of positive elements. The film is a perfect package of the action and emotions. The movie is surely going to leave a good impression after coming out of the theatres. The film marks some great performances and at the same time, the muted dialogues killed the film's flavour. The film's purpose is really worth.

The message that the makers tried to tell through the film in an interesting manner is surely going to be the highlight of the movie. Adirindhi, on a whole is a film that is must watch during this weekend.
