Rajashekar needed a hit and PSV Garuda Vega seemed to be one right from the first teaser release. With each promotional video, the curiosity increased and the movie seemed to be a sure shot hit. Well, it did gather good word of mouth but with many releases, the gross of the film is not as high as we expected.Â

Movie collected 14 crores gross till now, it is a grest figure for Rajasekhar starrer but the shares stand at 6 crores from two Telugu states and 1.5 crores from Overseas. So, the movie made money only for Overseas distributor but for the rest of the others, this is another failure, commercially.
The movie rights have been sold just for 11 crores and with a great deficit the movie released on 3rd November. If the producers have really spent 30 crores on the movie, which could be true, they seem to have lost a fortune here. In the end, Rajasekhar did get a hit but with flop grosses
