The film's original producers have backed off from the project citing the reason for lack of funds which resulted in the movie getting stalled. After a long time, Kamal has finally got the time and money to revive this interesting project which is tipped to have a lot of patriotic elements. The latest update is that the final schedule of the film is in progress in Chennai.
A couple of days ago, the film kick-started in Chennai and the makers are going to wrap up the movie soon. The buzz is that the makers are planning to launch the theatrical trailer for the film in December. Kamal who has written and directed the film is planning to release the movie on Jan 26th, 2018.
