Celebs wish ‘cherished friend’ Richa on 31st birthday

On Richa Chadha's 31st birthday on Monday, her boyfriend Ali Fazal described her as a "cherished friend" and says that there is no one like her.

Ali shared an emotional note on Twitter: "Happy birthday my best and most cherished friend! You do what you do because there is no other like you. Not here in this little planet, the universe is yours, it's (a) natural habit to think it started with fountain pens and little notes. I got a bunch of anecdotes."

Richa's friends and colleagues too wished her a "stupendous year" ahead and even congratulated her on her latest release ‘Fukrey Returns’.

Filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar, who produced Richa's latest release ‘Fukrey Returns’, tweeted: "Happy birthday Richa Chadha. Onwards and upwards. Big hug.” Ayushmann Khurrana too tweeted: "Happy birthday Bholi Richa Chadha. Congrats for 'Fukrey'. Still have to catch the film.”

“Fly High! Big Hug," he added. National Award-winning actor Manoj Bajpayee wished her on her birthday.

Richa made her Bollywood debut with ‘Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!’ in 2008. Her major breakthrough was in the film noir gangster saga ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ .

She has also starred in ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’, ‘Masaan’, ‘Sarbjit’ and ‘Main Aur Charles’.
