Ghazal Srinivas\' sexual assault case has been the latest sensation in both the Telugu states. After his arrest, the popular singer has filed a bail petition in the court. As per the latest reports, the custody petition that was filed by the police officials has been adjourned for today by the Nampally court. The advocate of Ghazal Srinivas has apparently argued that the cops did not give a proper time for Ghazal Srinivas to give his explanation for the charges laid on him. The advocate also argued that the cops arrested him under sections 354 and 354A of IPC which are station bailable. The police officers have apparently sought custody of Ghazal Srinivas for at least five days.
