Nithiin Gets Relief From High Court
The High court gave a massive relief to Nithiin and his sister Nikitha Reddy in connection with a petition that was filed by a person named Satyanarayana regarding the rights of the film Akhil.
The High court gave a massive relief to Nithiin and his sister Nikitha Reddy in connection with a petition that was filed by a person named Satyanarayana regarding the rights of the film Akhil.
Satyanarayana apparently alleged that Nithiin took 50 lakh rupees from him but did not give the rights to him. Satyanarayana, the Secunderabad based buyer, has filed a petition with Metropolitan Magistrate court naming Nithiin, Nikitha Reddy, Sudhakar Reddy and Shrest Movies banner in his petition.
Nithiin and his team filed a case in High court asking to take down this case. Justice Satyanarayana Murthy has brought the case for the discussion, and after hearing both the sides, he called it as a civil case and cleared off all the criminal charges. The judge later canceled the case and gave a relief from Nithiin and others.
