On the other day, when Kathi was debating on the same issue, a director named Vivek brought the discussion about Mahesh Kathi's mother with him itself. For some reason, Mahesh Kathi chose not to respond to that question and ignored Vivek. Later when Vivek stressed the same, Mahesh walked out of the TV studio.

Mahesh faced a lot of criticism for the same and finally, he opened up about the reason behind him acting weird. "My mother died battling cancer couple of years back. She is the most loving and caring human being I have ever come across in my life. She lives on in my memory." Mahesh Kathi tweeted to reveal the actual reason behind his walkout from the TV studio debate.
