‘Gang’ 10 days collections
As expected Suriya’s ‘Gang’ stood strong in its second week too. The positive word of mouth helped the film a lot. The film got poor openings compared to Suriya’s previous flick because of the competition. So, it only managed to get 5.88 crores in the first week. Though the collections were steady this week, there is no huge rise which may restrict the film to be called a hit.

After 10 days of release, the films collections are like this. It collected 1.76Cr in Nizam and 1.10Cr in Ceeded. In Uttarandhra, it is 1.30Cr while in Nellore, it minted about 34 lakhs. The amounts in East and West Godavari were 51 lakhs and 48 lakhs respectively. It raked 80 lakhs in Guntur and 58 lakhs in Krishna.
On the whole, the Telugu version of this Suriya starrer minted 6.87 crores in the AP & TG. While these numbers are nowhere close to Suriya’s hit film records, they are definitely good when compared to his recent track record in Telugu.
