‘Kaala’ teaser takes Internet by storm
The much-awaited teaser of Tamil-Telugu bilingual film ‘Kaala’ was released to an overwhelming response. Starring Rajnikanth as a slumlord who protects the interests of slum dwellers of Dharavi in 1980s.

“It is inspired by a real-life and fearless gangster who was more powerful than Velu Nayakar,’ says a source, close to the unit. Tamil star Dhanush released the first teaser late on Friday night, sending waves of excitement through the Internet.
Dhanush, who turned into a producer for Kaala, took to Twitter and wrote, “Here you go !! Kaala teaser. http://bit.ly/KaalaTamilTeaser … thalaivar teaser eppo release aanaalum eppidi release aanaalum diwali dhaan. Mass dhaan.”
Kaala is director Pa Ranjith’s second consecutive outing with Rajinikanth after Kabali. The upcoming gangster drama will also mark the first collaboration of Dhanush with his superstar father-in-law.
The film, boasting of an ensemble cast including Easwari Rao, Nana Patekar, Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani and Pankaj Tripathi among others, will hit the screens on April 27.
