The actor underwent a massive makeover for the role he played in the film but the movie failed to open grandly at the box office on the day one.

Even then, the film is steadily performing at the box office. Considering the second and third-day collections of the movie, we can say that the film is doing great.
The commercial entertainer minted nearly Rs 1.43 Cr on day 2 across the Telugu States and took its 2 days gross to Rs 7.1 Cr. The worldwide gross in 2 days is nearly Rs 8.25 Cr. The approximate estimations reveal that the film collected more than a crore on Sunday. As of now, MLA is the second best film in the career of Kalyan Ram after ISM.
