Pawan Kalyan's Response To Legal Notice

Pawan Kalyan received a legal notice from T Srinivas Raju on whom Pawan made the allegations. After two days of receiving the notice, Pawan Kalyan sent back an answer to the advocate telling that his tweets are his way of expression.

"A tweet in one's twitter account is one's own expression of opinions belief and feelings. I am rather surprised as to why and how your client has chosen to respond, through you, for a tweet, in no way directed against your client. There are no "insinuations" against your client. In fact, it is your client's figment of imagination and maybe perhaps a feeling of guilty conscious.

In the tweet, extracted in your communication dated 20th April 2018, there is nothing which is "insinuation" or any "allegation" much less "baseless", against your client. All is a free expression of my feeling in my Twitter account, which can never, in law, be a cause of action, for anyone, either as indicated in your said communication or otherwise. In view of what I expressed above, I hope and trust, you will advise your client appropriately and accordingly." said Pawan Kalyan in his answer.
