@Narthanasala is a new Telugu film that is releasing in the theaters from today. The movie has already created a lot of interesting buzz with the promos and pictures. Interestingly, the makers did not reveal any trailer as they wanted the audiences to watch the movie with a fresh mind.
Naga Shourya has played the lead role in the film which also has Kashmiri Paradesi and Yamini Bhaskar in the leading lady roles. Shrinivas Chakravarthy is a director who is making his debut with the movie. Mahathi Sagar is the music director of the film. Naga Shourya's home banner is producing the film. Check out the film's review here.
Story:
Radha Krishna (Naga Shaurya) leads his life in an ordinary manner. His father brings him up as a girl in childhood. Radha Krishna loves Manasa (Kashmiri) but unfortunately Radha Krishna's father mistakes the same and thinks that he loves Satya (Yamini). Radha Krishna's father fixes marriage for son with Satya and then realizes that he did a mistake. What did Radha Krishna do to avoid marriage with Satya? Is Radha Krishna a gay? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.
Performances:
Young hero Naga Shaurya has delivered a decent performance in the film and impressed with a different character for the first time in his career. Playing a gay on the big screen is not an easy task but Naga Shourya has pulled it off easily in a sensitive way.
His Chemistry with the heroines has come out well. Kashmiri Paradesi has got a good role in the feeling and she impressed everyone in terms of glamour and performances. The other heroine Yamini Bhaskar also impressed. Shivaji Raja has played a decent role in the movie and tried to entertain the audiences. The rest of the cast has made an impact and also made their presence felt.
Technical Aspects:
Vijay C Kumar is a cinematographer of the movie who has come up with some brilliant visuals for the movie. The songs were captured nicely and they gave a new beauty to the movie.
The editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Thammi Raju is neat and decent. Marathi Sagar's music has come out well and he made his mark. The background score of the film is also good. Technically, the film is top notch. The production values maintained by the producers under Ira creations banner are grand.

Verdict:
The lead actor playing the role of a gay is something that we have never seen in Telugu cinema which made 'Narthanasala' have a different concept. Also, as it has two heroines who fall in love with the same guy generates a hilarious story.

Though the concept is eye-grabbing, the director seems to have failed in executing it well. The movie is made to be a full-length entertainer but the comedy timing is not that great and it ended up bland. The scenes with JP and Sivajiraja are boring. The four songs became the highlights of the film whereas the weak script and poor execution might not impress all sections of audience.
