Plot:
Karthik(Sudheer Babu), a serious software employee, who in the process of achieving his dream to take up a job in the USA loses all kind of emotions in life. That's when Meghana (Nabha Natesh), being a short film heroine and a quirky girl enters Karthik's life and so eventually his priorities turn upside down. Did Karthik change himself as a person? Does Meghana had an impact on Karthik life? What happened next? Is the plot of the movie.
Performances:
Sudheer Babu has got into the list of matured actors after his latest hit 'Sammohanam' and so he made sure he justified for the role in 'Nannu Dochukundhuvate'. Sudheer as per the character requirements looked simple but made sure an entertaining performance. Nabha Natesh with her quirky, fun and sweet attitude has provided enough fun in the movie. Meanwhile, their chemistry on screen was an additional point for the performance. Nasser as always has been best for the role in the movie. While senior actor Prithvi though shined in a small role, the other actors Sudarshan, Viva Harsha, Venu, Varshini made their presence felt.
Technical department:
Suresh Ragutu's with the neat lighting and elevated the film's mood with his appealing camera work. The music director Ajneesh Loknath made his debut in the Tollywood and has given some nice songs. The background score was also in sync with the emotions portrayed. The songs were well captured. The artwork is good. The editing with no hiccups has been on par with the storytelling. Sudheer Babu's production values were lavish grand.
Verdict:
Nannu Dochukundhuvate is an interesting rom-com that has a contemporary conflict. Now-a-days., everyone is losing themselves in the name of work. No one is really happy and everyone is staying away from the true emotions. It is hard to find love and when love comes to us, we must acknowledge it. If something goes upside down, it only creates damage to our lives. The film conveyed the theory of love in an impressive way. The engaging narration filled with a lot of fun elements is a huge plus point for the movie. Heroine Nabha Natesh dominated everyone with her performance and kept the film on an active mode.
On the whole, the director impressed with the writing and executed the film very well. Nannu Dochukundhuvate is definitely a decent entertainer which is unmatchable with any of the movies released in the recent past.
