Tamannaah Bhatia who used to love nonveg has recently turned vegetarian. Disheartened with her 5-year-old pet dog Pebble fell ill, the actress took this decision.

“I am a big animal lover and I am a foodie as well. So, giving up the non-vegetarian lifestyle has been very challenging. But, last month I made a conscious decision since Pebbles got really unwell and suffered a severe paralysis attack. For me, he is not just a pet, but a family member and I’m very attached to him.

Seeing him go through that discomfort, made me vow to give up something I loved so that he could recover. It was a conscious sacrifice and I hope I had gone green years ago.” said Tamannaah. She added that her upbringing was in a typical Sindhi meat-loving household which might make her crave for it but the 'Baahubali' actress said that it’s all about the willpower.

On the work front, Tamannaah is currently starring in the Telugu remake of 'Queen', 'Kanne Kalaimanne' and 'F2 Fun and Frustrating' movies. She is also playing a vital role in 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' as well.
