Thirteen years after the release of ‘Pandem Kodi’, director Linguswamy and Vishal are coming with its second part ‘Pandem Kodi 2’ this 18th October. This action entertainer set in the back drop of a village in Rayalaseema is hitting the screens with a lot of expectations.
Vishal is back again after hits like ‘Detective’ and ‘Abhimanyudu’ this year. ‘Mahanati’ fame Keerthy Suresh gets to play a flamboyant rural girl in this film. Apart from her, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays the role of a strong antagonist role in this flick. Interestingly, both the actresses dubbed for themselves in Telugu too apart from Tamil. The film also has veteran actor Rajkiran playing Vishal’s father in this film just the first part.
Director Linguswamy who made films like ‘Pandem Kodi’, ‘Awaara’ and ‘Sikander’ made this film. ‘Pandem Kodi 2’ is produced under the banners of Vishal Film Factory, Lyca Productions, Pen Studios and Light House Movie Makers while Tagore Madhu is dubbing the film in Telugu. Ace music composer Yuvan Shankar composed the music for this film and KA Sakthivel did the cinematography. Stunts were composed by Anl Arasu while Pravven KL edited this film.
The film promises to be a complete village action drama and coming during festival time may help the film to a large extent. Let us see what is Twitter’s say on this film.
