Cheat India Trailer in 4 Days Says Emraan Hashmi

Gear up all Emraaninas, as the superstar Emraan Hashmi will unveil the first official Trailer of his forthcoming social drama Cheat India.

The actor Emraan just took to his social media profile and dropped a teaser video, reminding fans that the trailer will be out in just 4 days. He captioned it, “4 days to go for the #CheatIndiaTrailer... The countdown has begun.... Are you ready to CHEAT? #CheatIndia #NakalMeinHiAkalHai @tseries @emraanhfilms @ellipsisentt @parveenshahani @tanuj_garg @atulkasbekar @itsbhushankumar”

The Nakal Mein Hi Akal Hai tagline drama Cheat India is based on the educational system in India, which is, needless to say, is corrupt and easily manipulated. Emraan Hashmi plays the titular role in the film, of an education agent, who for a right price doesn’t mind bending the rules.

The actor wrapped up the shooting of the film in September this year. Earlier, while announcing the project, the 39-year-old had said that the film will take a startling look at the crimes in the Indian education system “which has created a parallel ecosystem infested with a mafia of sorts”.

He had further said that he was excited to be essaying a character which he believes will be a landmark one in his “filmography”.

Helmed by ‘Gulaab Gang’ director Soumik Sen, this is the second flick from Hashmi’s production house- Emraan Hashmi Films.

Cheat India will hit the big screens on January 25, 2019.
