Kaappaan Starring Suriya And Mohanlal, Confirmed

Big news for all Suriya Fans, the actor is all set to share the screen with superstar Mohanlal in forthcoming action drama titled Kaappaan, the first look and official poster for the film are out!

The official handle of Lyca Productions dropped the poster on social media. They captioned it, “Here We Go! #Suriya37 is #KAAPPAAN…START MUSIC #HappyNewYear @Suriya_offl @anavenkat @Mohanlal @arya_offl @Jharrisjayaraj”

Suriya and KV Anand, the deadly combo which gave us the blockbuster ‘Ayan’ and the ambitious ‘Maattraan’ have titled their next film as ‘Kaappaan’. Touted to be the costliest film ever made in Suriya’s career, the actor is said to be playing an NSG officer in Kaappaan.

Produced by Lyca Productions, the film also has Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal, Arya, Sayyeshaa, and Samuthirakani in important roles. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music for the film and Anand is said to have finished nearly 70% of the shoot.

Once Suriya completes the shoot of his political action drama NGK, directed by Selvaraghavan, the actor will resume the shoot of Kaappaan in January.
