After the success of Maari 2, superstar Dhanush announced that he will be teaming up with Vetrimaaran for Asuran and now weve just found out that he will be pairing up with evergreen actress Manju Warrier in the film
After the success of Maari 2, superstar Dhanush announced that he will be teaming up with Vetrimaaran for Asuran and now we've just found out that he will be pairing up with evergreen actress Manju Warrier in the film!
Dhanush confirmed the news on social media. He tweeted, "#asuran – update...The evergreen Manju Warrier will be playing the female lead. Excited to share screen space and learn from this amazing talent"
It certainly is going to be intriguing to watch Dhanush and Manju play lead roles on screen together.
Considering how both the actors are celebrated as an asset to their respective industries, it definitely will be a treat to all the fans.
Dhanush also revealed that the film's shooting will commence on Republic Day, January 26, 2019. He tweeted, “We will start filming #asuran from January 26th !! A Vetrimaaran film. Looking forward to yet another adventure"
Interestingly, a first look was also shared. Dhanush has a completely different avatar in the film with a change in his hairdo, tobacco-smeared teeth, holy ash spread across his forehead and him wearing a black ensemble.
