Talking about the collection, designer, and ramp walk, Vidya Balan said, “For starters, I’d just like to say, I don’t just support her, I love her, her work as well. I think I got exposed to Anavila and her work, some 3-4 years ago, and I was just so fascinated because I love cotton, I love linen, and here was someone who was actually using natural textiles, making it looks so cool, so inspirational, because we have gotten used to wearing a lot of machines made fabrics, which never excited me”
“But I fell in love with her work instantly. I wanted to come for her shows but couldn’t, but I am so glad I am here today as I wanted to see her work firsthand. Her garment has simplicity and they are the coolest garment ever, they are easy, sexy, effortless and wearable”
Vidya Balan appeared at the Lakme Fashion Week on the first day and was there even on the third day. The actress was donning a black saree, she managed to look hot and stunning for Ananvila fashion show.
