Bengaluru: In an incident of torching a medical student by the miscreants, a young man died on Tuesday.
It is evident that the unknown miscreants have set ablaze a medico, Kameswara Sai Prasad on Monday. Sai Prasad, who was injured severely in this incident, was admitted at St John's hospital in Bengaluru, where he took his last breath on Tuesday.
His death was caused due to the failure of both kidneys, which for completely damaged in the incident.
Sai Prasad hails from Mahabubnagar and was studying in final year of medicine. On November 12, while he was on way back to his home, few miscreants attempted to snatch the chain from his neck.
When he desisted, they set him ablaze with petrol and ran away from the spot. Later, with the help of locals, Sai was rushed to the hospital.
According to sources, both his parents are advocates by profession. His father, Lakshmana Sharma has been the Bar Association president while his mother Jyothi has been working as an advocate at Hyderabad. They are presently residing at Maredpally in Secunderabad.
