Hayatnagar: Boy rapes minor with promise of marriage

A teen girl became a victim of fake promise in Hayatnagar, Hyderabad. A young boy raped a teenager promising her marriage, police said.

The culprit, identified as Prashant is a graduate and was seeing a minor girl for the last five months. Prashant reportedly physically abused the girl over the last few months giving her the false hope of getting married.

The victim alleged that she grew suspicious after he started avoiding her.
The police has booked a case of rape and are investigating. A hunt is on to nab the culprit.
