Youth held for raping minor, Minor girl at Daulapur in Ranga Reddy district. Jagadish has been accused of raping the teenager at his house first and two more times later outside.

Hyderabad: The cops arrested Jagadish (20), a private employee on Sunday, for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl at Daulapur in Ranga Reddy district, based on a complaint by the victim’s mother that the girl is now pregnant. The girl is an VIII standard student
“Jagadish has been accused of raping the teenager at his house first and two more times later outside. When the mother took her daughter to a hospital on December 28 as she complained of stomach ache, it came to light that the girl was four-months pregnant,” the police confirmed.
A case has been registered against Jagadish on charges of rape, criminal intimidation under the Indian Penal Code and under relevant sections of Nirbhaya Act. A case has also been booked against his mother-in-law, Bhimamma, under Section 109 (Abetment of offence) of the IPC, who helped him in the crime.
