According to reports, Premchand and Madhavi were leading a decent living by running small time business. However, they faced severe financial crunch after they suffered losses in the business.
Besides, the couple was depressed over not having children despite being married for 14 years. It is learnt that the duo consumed sleeping pills on Monday night. While Premchand died on the spot, Madhavi fell unconscious. Neighbors rushed Madhvai to a nearby hospital where her condition was declared as critical.
