SRK Driver in Jail For Rape. Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan’s driver Pintu Mishra has been sent to police custody till July 1 for allegedly raping actress Sangeeta Bijlani’s domestic help.
Mumbai: Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan’s driver Pintu Mishra has been sent to police custody till July 1 for allegedly raping actress Sangeeta Bijlani’s domestic help.
He has been booked under IPC sections 376 for rape, 506 (2) for criminal intimidation apart from provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The Bandra police said that they are investigating the case and are in the process of gathering evidence. Mishra was arrested by the Bandra Police on Wednesday June 26.
The 35 year-old driver was accused of raping actress Sangita Bijlani’s domestic help. Rajendra Gautam also known as Pintu Mishra acquired the victim’s phone number through a friend.
The accused promised the girl, who is originally from Latur, Maharashtra, a job at a celebrity’s home. The incident occurred at a hotel in Nalasopara, a suburban area in Mumbai.
