Rly employee found dead under suspicious circumstances. A railway employee, B Narayana, 56, died under suspicious circumstances in Tukaramgate, late on Saturday night. Locals who found the body lying near Meena Hospital in Tukaramgate alerted the police who in turn swung into action and took up investigation.

Hyderabad: A railway employee, B Narayana, 56, died under suspicious circumstances in Tukaramgate, late on Saturday night. Locals who found the body lying near Meena Hospital in Tukaramgate alerted the police who in turn swung into action and took up investigation.
Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that Narayana, a resident of Indira Nagar in Malkajgiri, had left his house on Saturday evening around 6 pm and later his body was found near Meena Hospital in Tukaramgate area around 11 pm.
Police suspect that Narayana was heavily drunk on the day. As he was unable to stand or walk, he fell by the roadside and died after getting completely soaked in the rain the whole night. The body has been shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for postmortem. A case has been registered under Section 174 of the CrPC. Further investigation is on.
