In a shocking incident, the police found the chopped bodies of two minor girls, who went missing four weeks back in the forest area at Khaderpet in Warangal on Sunday.

According to reports, the locals found a dog eating a piece of a human body and they alerted the police. When the police searched the forest area, they found the hacked bodies of Banothu Bhoomika and Banothu Priyanka. Both the girls were aged 14 and were studying Class IX at the social welfare hostel in Muduchekkalapalli village.

The girls went missing from November 11 and a missing complaint was filed at the Parvathagiri police station. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and the police are waiting for the reports to check if the girls were raped before being killed.
