Inter student commits suicide
Not interested in staying in the hostel, an intermediate student committed suicide. This bizarre incident took place in Godavarikhani town in the district on Thursday. Rama Nuthan (16), a resident of Kakatiyanagar locality committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling when the family members were not at home.

Rama Nuthan (16), a resident of Kakatiyanagar locality committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling when the family members were not at home.
Nuthan, who was pursuing intermediate first year in Vignan College in Hanamkonda by staying at a hostel, came home for Sankranthi holidays. On Thursday, he refused to return to the college as he was not interested in staying at the hostel. He made it clear to his parents that he wanted to continue education by staying at home.
But his parents pressurised him to stay at hostel for at least the present academic year. Disappointed with the parents’ decision, Nuthan resorted to the extreme step. Police registered the case and shifted the body for post-mortem.
