Cop clicks violation, incurs woman’s wrath
In a bizarre incident, a woman pillion rider on Tuesday misbehaved with a traffic constable for photographing a violation. According to reports, a couple was travelling from Keesara to Dammaiguda on a bike (AP 10 AW 1371) on wrong route and tried to enter a by-lane.
Hyderabad: In a bizarre incident, a woman pillion rider on Tuesday misbehaved with a traffic constable for photographing a violation. According to reports, a couple was travelling from Keesara to Dammaiguda on a bike (AP 10 AW 1371) on wrong route and tried to enter a by-lane.
A traffic constable Venkatesh, who was on duty, captured the violation in his camera in order to send an e-challan. Meanwhile, the woman, who was pillion riding, got down from the bike and attacked the constable. The woman caught hold of the constable’s shirt and abused him.
The man, who was riding the bike, also tried to attack the constable and drag away the camera from his hand. When some media personnel went to cover the incident, they also abused the media and tired to snatch the camera of a TV cameraman.
However, the other police personnel at the spot settled the issue and allowed the couple to leave the place. The constable is planning to file a case against the couple for attacking him, according to sources.
