Roti Making unit catches fire in Old City, 12 suffer burns

A dozen people, including eight children, suffered from burn injuries after a roti making unit at Talabkatta in Bhavaninagar police station limits in Old City caught fire on Saturday.
A dozen people, including eight children, suffered from burn injuries after a roti making unit at Talabkatta in Bhavaninagar police station limits in Old City caught fire on Saturday.
Short circuit in the premises was the reason behind the fire which was fuelled by the presence of kerosene tins. As the fire spread across the place, people rushed in to save the children. The injured were immediately rushed to Osmania and Niloufer hospitals. The fire was doused down by the Fire tenders.
