Road Mishap in Vizag; 11 killed

11 people lost their lives on Sunday when a speeding car lost control and hit a bike that rammed into heavy load lorry near Vizag. The car carrying eight family members and a driver lost control after a tyre burst and toppled into the opposite road hitting a bike in the process. While the bike rider died on the spot, the pillion rider succumbed to death while being shifted to hospital.

The family including four women, three children, an elderly man and their driver were mowed down by the lorry that was laden with heavy pipes. It took a while for the police to identify the victims as their bodies were crushed badly in the accident. The bike rider was identified as Chiranjeevi Raju while the one riding with him was his son Sagar Varma.
