They both were relatives and now residing in Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh.  According to CCS inspector K Sridhar, Imran was arrested in the past and sent to prison. After coming out of the jail on bail, he again started committing offences with the help of Akbar. 

Warangal: The CCS police arrested two thieves and recovered 82.250 grams of gold ornaments worth around Rs 2.55 lakh from them on Thursday. They were identified as Shaik Imran of Tadepalligudem of West Godavari and Syed Akbar of Hingaghat of Wardha district in Maharashtra.

They both were relatives and now residing in Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh. According to CCS inspector K Sridhar, Imran was arrested in the past and sent to prison. After coming out of the jail on bail, he again started committing offences with the help of Akbar.

They have committed two thefts under Warangal police Commissionerate limits. The duo was arrested at Warangal railway station while they were trying to sell the gold ornaments. Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu appreciated the ACP (Crime), K Eashwar Rao, inspector Sridhar, SI Suman, ASI Sanjeeva Reddy and others for nabbing the thieves.
