3 killed in two road accidents

According to police, accident took place when driver Ravi drove tractor on to the road from a field at a high speed without noticing two-wheeler. Ravi fled from the scene. Relatives of deceased staged a protest on the highway demanding the arrest of driver. In another road mishap, a student Santhan Kumar (26) met with an accident at Turpu Kalva area in Kodavalur mandal. Police registered cases.
Nellore: Three youngsters killed in two different road accidents in the district on Thursday. Syed Baji (20) of Peddireddypalli in Nellore district and Syed Hannan (23) of Pamur in Prakasam district died on the spot when a speeding tractor hit their two-wheeler at Ramapuram in Varikuntapadu mandal.
