Man gets life term for murder

Parvathipuram: Second Additional Judicial Magistrate awarded a life time imprisonment to a person who killed a man in Giyammavalasa mandal in 2015. Circle Inspector of Elvinpeta police station B Venugopala Rao said that a petty quarrel between A Kumara Swamynaidu and B.Yellam Naidu of Alluvada villagein Giyammavalasa mandal led to a serious fight.

Later, B Chakradhar, son of the deceased, lodged a complaint at Chinamerangi police station. Acting on it, the police arrested the accused and sent him in remand. On the final judgment day, magistrate H Chandrasekhara Rao imposed lifetime imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1,000 on convict Kumara Swamy.
