Hyderabad: A home guard who consumed poison on October 7, died at Osmania General Hospital here on Tuesday night.
According to police, the deceased, A Indrakanth (34), working as a home guard with the Police Department, took the extreme step due to financial problems on October 7 by consuming “some unknown poison” and was immediately admitted to the hospital.
However, while undergoing treatment he died on Tuesday night, said Moghalpura Sub-Inspector M Prasad.
