Benguluru: Bellary mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy is in trouble again following a suicide note left by Ramesh Gowda, driver of Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) officer accusing Reddy of converting Rs 100-crore black money into white with the help of the officer.

Driver also alleged that G Janardhan Reddy paid 20 per cent commission to the Karnataka Administrative Service officer. The driver's body was found at a lodge in Maddur, 85 km from Bengaluru on Tuesday night.

In the 6-page suicide note, Gowda claimed that apart from asking for the 20 per cent commission, the KAS officer also asked Reddy to help him get a ticket to contest the 2018 Karnataka elections.

The letter contains other allegations against Ramesh's employer Bhima Naik. It says Naik also met B Sriramulu, BJP MP from Bellary and a close associate of Janardhan Reddy.

Gowda, who committed suicide by consuming poison, said in his note that he was constantly receiving death threats as he had information on how Reddy had converted the black money.
