4 of a family killed in road mishap
Four members of a family including two children died when a speeding oil tanker hit the motorcycle they were travelling near Kadthal Toll Gate on the Srisailam-Hyderabad highway on Monday.
​Hyderabad: Four members of a family including two children died when a speeding oil tanker hit the motorcycle they were travelling near Kadthal Toll Gate on the Srisailam-Hyderabad highway on Monday.
The deceased have been identified as Edula Krishnaiah, his wife Hymavathi and their children Divya and Vishnuvardhan Reddy.
According to the Cyberabad police, the victims, belonging to Ambatipalli village in Lingala mandal of Nagarkurnool district, was on their way to Hyderabad on a motorcycle during the early hours of Monday when the accident occurred.
A speeding oil tanker coming from the opposite direction hit the motorcycle near Kadthal Toll Gate killing all the four members instantaneously.
The Amangal police registered a case and shifted the bodies to Kalwakurthy Area Hospital for post-mortem.
