Father kills his son at Jangaon
A father has killed his 38-year-old son following a verbal duel at Jangaon on Monday. The deceased was identified as Doraboina Raju.
Jangaon: A father has killed his 38-year-old son following a verbal duel at Jangaon on Monday. The deceased was identified as Doraboina Raju.
The incident has taken place at AC Reddy Nagar Colony of the town. According to the police, Raju has been under treatment for mental illness at Erragadda Hospital in Hyderabad for the past few years.
He was brought home recently and since arrival at home, Raju and his father D Narsaiah used to engage in heated arguments over the issues unknown.
On Monday evening, during an argument, both resorted to a fight during which Narsaiah strangled his son to death.
The town police inspector M Srinivas said Narsaiah was taken into custody; filed a case against him and investigation in on.
Meanwhile, the incident has caused much commotion in the town and it has become a matter of discussion for the locals.
