Minor girl sexually assaulted
A minor girl, who was engaged as a domestic help by a privately run old age home, was subjected to repeated sexual assault by three persons including those who run the home.
​Hyderabad: A minor girl, who was engaged as a domestic help by a privately run old age home, was subjected to repeated sexual assault by three persons including those who run the home.
The rapists threatened to kill not only the girl but also her family members if she had disclosed the sexual assault to anyone.
However, the girl grew weaker by the day and she revealed the shocking truth when her relatives visited the girl and took her to a doctor a couple of days ago.
The relatives of the victim took her to LB Nagar Police Station where a complaint has been lodged. The police registered a case and sent the girl for medical examination and treatment.
According to the police, the 12-year-old girl from Kakinada was hired to work as kitchen help by Akshaya Old Age Home, located at Cooperative Bank Colony in Nagole of LB Nagar Police Station limits.
In the last few weeks, Manikyam and Srinivasa Reddy, who run the old age home and their employee Gopal Reddy sexually assaulted the girl several times.
Since the sexual assault came to light, the police registered a case and launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
