Techie held for live streaming sex with wife

​Hyderabad: A 33-year-old software engineer from Jeedimetla was arrested after he live streamed sexual acts with his wife without her knowledge. The victim came to know about the act when one of her friends living in Kerala informed her about a video that surfaced on the internet where she was clearly visible but the man was not.

She checked the video and lodged a complaint with the police in November last year. After investigation, cyber crime sleuths discovered that the victim’s husband was the culprit. Police detected the accused with the help of the IP address.

The accused confessed to the interrogators that he was addicted to porn and also became a member of a 3,000 strong confidential group that was not only into watching but also into uploading live sex clips.

He also told police that he wanted to make money by working as a male escort but abstained from the idea after his wife reprimanded him. Later, he decided to live stream the sexual acts of his wife with him to make money.

Accordingly, he kept the webcam in his laptop on while indulging in intimate acts and took precautions so his face was not visible. Since internet and live stream option was on, the intimate act was streamed live, police said.
