Techie’s wife ends life after returning from US
A 39-year-old woman committed suicide hanging herself in her apartment when her husband and kids went out on some work. The deceased woman was identified as Rashmi Sharma. She was living in the apartment for the last one month along with her husband Sanjiv Sharma and their two sons. Hyderabad: A 39-year-old woman committed suicide hanging herself in her apartment when her husband and kids went out on some work.
The deceased woman was identified as Rashmi Sharma. She was living in the apartment for the last one month along with her husband Sanjiv Sharma and their two sons. The family, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, had come to Hyderabad after their return from the US where Sanjiv worked in IT sector.
According to the police, Sanjiv completed three years of project work in US and returned to India only a month ago. The family lived in an apartment in Puppalaguda under Narsingi police station limits.
On Thursday, Sanjiv went out along with his two sons to get his laptop repaired and returned in an hour.
Rashmi did not answer when he knocked on the door repeatedly. Sanjiv then sought help from the watchman and neighbours to break open the door only to find Rashmi hanging from the ceiling fan, police said.
Police said the couple had no disputes and also ruled out that Rashmi took the extreme step in depression.
Police further said that they were waiting for the arrival of Rashmi's other family members from Uttar Pradesh so that the reason behind the suicide could be known.
