Body of missing girl found
The decomposed body of a young girl of Kangal mandal was found on the outskirts of the town on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Vakiti Vennela (15), a resident of G Yedavelli of Kangal mandal.

It may be recalled that Vennala went missing for the last one month. According to the One- Town Sub-Inspector of Police Hanumantha Reddy, on information given by locals of Devarkonda road about the bad smell coming from the surroundings of housing board area, police rushed to the spot and found a girl’s body in a decomposed state.
According to kin of deceased Vennela, the girl was missing from May 12 and a case was filed at Kangal Police Station by her parents. However, Vennela’s mother Jyothi suspected the role of a youth of the same village in the killing of her daughter.
After receiving information from the Nalgonda police , Chandur Circle-Inspector of Police Ramesh reached the spot, identified the body and sent it for postmortem to the area hospital in the town.
