A BJP leader Ravindra Bawanthade was arrested about a week after a video of him kissing a woman in a bus in Maharashtra went viral. Other Passengers who travelled in the same bus have stated that he forced himself on her on June 27. Soon after the incident, she didn't make any complaint on him because of fear.
But, when her two videos got circulated on social media then she has filed a complaint on him as per the sources. Ravindra Bawanthade has been arrested on charges of rape. More details are awaited.
