Hyderabad: The Task Force on Wednesday late night raided Hydrogen pub at Jubilee Hills Check post and took into custody 11 persons for being part of ‘mujra’ dance party. During the raids, seven women dancers were also rescued by the team.

Police arrested Padmanabhan, the pub manager for allowing the ‘mujra’ party which is banned in Hyderabad. The organiser was identified as Mohammed Mashak from Bandlaguda. Police said seven bar dancers, three from Tolichowki, three from Mumbai and one from Borabanda, were found dancing and entertaining the customers.

They were rescued by the Task Force officials who also seized over Rs 4,000 all in Rs 10 currency notes and 100 Qatar Riyals from their possession. The arrested along with the seized material were handed over to the Jubilee Hills police for further action.
