MBBS student commits suicide

A second-year MBBS student, G Manoj Krishna, has allegedly committed suicide at his house at Ramvilas Bazar at Marridpeda village in the district on Thursday.
Mahabubabad: A second-year MBBS student, G Manoj Krishna, has allegedly committed suicide at his house at Ramvilas Bazar at Marridpeda village in the district on Thursday.
His dead body was found hanging from a ceiling fan. When the incident occurred, the deceased students’ father Gugulothu Nama, a government teacher and his mother Shobarani, an MPTC were away from home.
Manoj was pursuing his MBBS at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Ongole of Andhra Pradesh. Marripeda police visited the spot and shifted the body to Mahabubabad district hospital for the post-mortem.
The reasons for the students’ extreme act were not yet known.
