According to SP, the accused was identified as Imam Shiek Ansari of Berhampur in Odisha state. On a tip-off, the police conducted vehicle check at toll plaza and found ganja bags in Innova vehicle and arrested the accused. Police seized the vehicle and ganja. Accused Ansari was the driver of the Innova vehicle. During interrogation, Ansari confessed the crime that he was transporting ganja from Bhuvaneswar to Mumbai through NH-16.
