Two arrested for illegal possession of explosives in Hyderabad

Two people were arrested on Wednesday for the illegal possession of a huge amount of explosives. The accused were identified as Ahmed and Venkatiah, who are known to blast materials without permission on their land.

Also, 60 detonators, 24 gelatin sticks, 20-meter wire and four batteries were seized by the police.
According to the reports, the police received information regarding the illegal blasting at a place in Batasingaram Ranga following which they nabbed the perpetrators.
Under the section 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC ) and section 286, 336, 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 9 (B) (1) (b) of the explosive act, a case has been registered.
